Working with PuppetLink and Walsall MBC,
Clive Chandler has organised the Puppets-a-Plenty festival as part of Arts Alive
in the Town Centre for many years. This work has been often been supported by project funding from Council England.
He has used his programming skills to bring in artists from across
the West Midlands and other parts of England and a host of international guests from around the world, including France, Hungary,
Belgium, Italy,Portugal and Australia
